Kommander Sorscha vs Commander Stryker

One of the more popular choices for force composition here in the Philippines among Cygnar players is the inclusion of Arcane Tempest Gun Mages, the ATGM Captain, and marshalling a long-ranged warjack (usually a Hunter or Defender).  I've compared the usage of Jack Marshals with Khador but found that the Man-O-War Kovnik's Drive needs a successful CMD check or the `jacks under his control won't benefit from JM for that turn; whereas with the Cygnaran counterpart, the benefits for the marshaled warjacks are automatic, no check needed whatsoever.  So in my deluded attempt to use Khadoran Jack Marshals, I came up with this force.

Pre Blood Of Heroes (Schizo Friday)

I just had three games today using a list comprised mainly of shooting components in a Khador army.   I went up against Louie's Stryker1, Chase's Skarre2 and Tiny's Blaize!  I'll be doing some more detailed write up with pics soon. As for now, time to prep for tomorrow's Steamroller event.

This was my first game against Kei Valentin since his return to playing WARMACHINE/HORDES again after a long torpor.  We were discussing about a list he wanted to try out involving Haley2 and a catapult trick for a Stormclad, as well as playing without his usual components of Arcane Tempest Gun Mages and Hunter light warjacks.

For some dumb reason, I forgot to pack my Behemoth in the box.  So for these games, I used that Ironclad as a stand-in.

For this match, I went up against Erickson Kwok and his Protectorate army led by Grand Scrutator Severius.

I opened up Lito's Bunker last Friday, March 9, 2012 for some casual WARMACHINE/HORDES gaming.  I had a chance to go up against Louie de Guzman's 50PC Stryker1 force using Steamroller 2012 Process of Elimination scenario.

This is the big 75PC league game between my Khador and Dick Sy's Cryx led by Lord Exhumator Scaverous.  The big piece of woodland in the center was a stroke of good luck with the random die roll.

Continuing with using my other warcasters, and the fact that Zerkova was a consideration with fighting Dick in a league game later that day, I decided to see if the Koldun Kommander can bring it on the table.

For The Motherland

A few weeks back I took out all my Khador miniatures and laid them out for a parade shot (yeah like the Colossal parade).  I didn't get to arrange everything since I still had some stuff unassembled in boxes around here. It just showed how much I need to get off my fat ass and start painting LOL

My name is Ian Navarro (PG shink1m).  I am one of the pioneer players of WARMACHINE/HORDES here in the Philippines and I have been actively gaming, painting and hosting events for the hobby since 2005.
